held by humans, not techniques

Who holds you

You are not held by methods. You are held by people. The most important thing to know about Into Me See is whose hands you are entering.

A retreat is only as deep as the people running it.

No amount of beautiful design, no number of carefully chosen practices, can substitute for the steadiness of the person holding the room when something difficult begins to surface. The work is held in presence — not in technique.

Every guide here has walked this themselves. Not as a credential. As the only credential that matters. You will not be guided into anywhere we have not been.

Into Me See is held by two.

Small by intention. Held with full presence, by both of us, throughout the entire passage.

Philip Flow

The one who holds the room when the body begins to release.

Philip's work is built at the intersection of modern neuroscience and ancient somatic tradition, refined across thousands of hours of practice, study, and held rooms. He has guided individuals, private groups, corporate teams, and audiences of hundreds through experiences known for their depth, their intensity, and their tendency to mark people. What surfaces in his sessions does not stay surfaced. It rearranges things.

His path here was not academic. It came through years of his own descent — through performance, through leadership, through the territory of human behavior under pressure — and through long apprenticeship to teachers in lineages most modern facilitators will never encounter. He has been mentored by some of the most respected figures in this space, and trained in traditions older than any of us.

He is still learning. Most days he will tell you that, before he tells you anything else. What he offers the people who come to Into Me See is not certainty — it is a steady room, an honest presence, and the care of someone who has had to walk into the parts of himself most people spend a lifetime avoiding. He guides others there with the same patience he was met with.

Training & lineage

Extensive training in yogic science and Sri Vidya. Mentored by several of the most respected teachers in contemporary somatic and embodiment work, and apprenticed within ancient lineages of practice that inform every session he holds.

Stella

Stella Fadel

The one who makes the body feel safe enough to let go.

Stella is a facilitator, podcast host, and creator of experiences designed to return people to the bodies they have been living above rather than inside. Her work blends sensual embodiment, shibari, and Heka energy activation — held together by a single, simple intention: to create spaces where you feel safe enough to let go.

Her path into this work was not a straight line. For years she lived inside the corporate world — IT and sales leadership, international teams, the kind of environment that asks for constant performance and rewards control over feeling. She was good at it. She was also, slowly, becoming someone she no longer recognized — numb where she should have been alive, anxious where she should have been at rest. The turning point did not come through more strategy, or more therapy, or more thinking. It came through her body. Through the patient, almost rebellious work of remembering what she had been taught to ignore.

What she found there is the foundation of everything she now offers. That freedom is not something we achieve — it is something we remember when we slow down enough to listen. That the body knows when something is true, when something is alive, and when something needs to change. That pleasure, presence, and self-trust live in the same place — and that place is one most of us have not visited in a long time. Her work is guiding people back to it — and helping them become brave enough to actually do something about what they find.

Training & lineage

Trained in sensual embodiment, shibari, and Heka energy activation. Years of leadership and facilitation experience across international corporate environments, now informing the way she holds space for groups and individuals.
