Philip Flow
The one who holds the room when the body begins to release.
Philip's work is built at the intersection of modern neuroscience and ancient somatic tradition, refined across thousands of hours of practice, study, and held rooms. He has guided individuals, private groups, corporate teams, and audiences of hundreds through experiences known for their depth, their intensity, and their tendency to mark people. What surfaces in his sessions does not stay surfaced. It rearranges things.
His path here was not academic. It came through years of his own descent — through performance, through leadership, through the territory of human behavior under pressure — and through long apprenticeship to teachers in lineages most modern facilitators will never encounter. He has been mentored by some of the most respected figures in this space, and trained in traditions older than any of us.
He is still learning. Most days he will tell you that, before he tells you anything else. What he offers the people who come to Into Me See is not certainty — it is a steady room, an honest presence, and the care of someone who has had to walk into the parts of himself most people spend a lifetime avoiding. He guides others there with the same patience he was met with.
Extensive training in yogic science and Sri Vidya. Mentored by several of the most respected teachers in contemporary somatic and embodiment work, and apprenticed within ancient lineages of practice that inform every session he holds.
