a six-night descent

The Descent

Six nights to meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting in the next room your entire life.

Before you can rise, you have to stop running.

Chapter One is designed to slow the nervous system to a frequency most modern humans have not lived at in years — slow enough to feel what is underneath the noise. The aliveness you forgot was there. The joy you stopped giving yourself permission for. The version of you that has been waiting to come home.

The descent does what no amount of insight ever has — it gives the body permission to soften, to open, and to remember what it already knows.

It is not about fixing you. It is about letting the parts of you that were never really you fall away — so the real you can finally breathe.

Six nights, six movements.

The arc is not a schedule. It is a nervous system journey. Every day is engineered around a specific physiological and emotional state — the sequence is the medicine.

The arc moves like the moon — from threshold, through fullness, to return.

You might laugh until your whole body shakes. You might say things you didn't know you were ready to say. Six nights to finally stop performing and start feeling. To come alive — with your body, your breath, your voice, other humans who are doing the same thing right there beside you.

Ancient practices. Honest conversations. Heat. Stillness. Pleasure. Shadow. The kind of nights you don't forget. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — you might just remember what it feels like to be fully, completely, deliciously yourself.

This is for the ones who are done with the surface. Who know something deeper is available and are ready to go there.

A descent into you. Intimate, vulnerable, authentic, challenging, loving, beautiful. Like a seed that roots in rich soil before it reaches toward the light — something new begins here. In the stillness. In the honesty. In the deepest, most alive part of you.

Who This Is For

Everyone who feels the call. Across ages, backgrounds, orientations, and walks of life. No prior experience is needed. This passage is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What we ask is simpler than experience: a willingness to feel. The capacity to take responsibility for what arises in you and to hold others with warmth, humour, acceptance and grace while they do the same. If you are unsure whether this is the right step, write to us. We would rather have that conversation than leave you wondering.

Our Intention

To build a room that feels so safe that the person behind the person is finally allowed to breathe. To soften what has been held too long. To awaken your life force. To return you to a life that genuinely feels like yours.

Intimate by design.

The room is held so it can hold you.
