The most intimate room you'll ever enter
is the one inside you.
If you are here, something in you is already knowing.
That the life you built is real, and still missing something.
That the version of you the world sees is not the whole story.
That you have been carrying things for a long time without putting them down.
You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not lost.
You are unmet.
The word intimacy comes from the Latin intimus — meaning the innermost.
But say it slowly in English, and it tells you something else:
That is what this retreat is built for. Not intimacy with another person. Not vulnerability as performance. Not sharing circles where you say the right things and leave unchanged.
Intimacy with yourself.
The kind where you stop looking away. Where the person you have been performing dissolves, and what remains — underneath the armour, underneath the story — is finally allowed to be seen.
Most people spend their lives seeking closeness with others while staying strangers to themselves. Chapter One is the first passage into that room — the one inside you that no one else can enter for you.
This is not a retreat about finding yourself.
It is a retreat about no longer hiding from yourself.
Not as a crisis. As a calling.
You have created so much, and still something is missing. Something deeper, underneath. A depth, a rawness, a feeling of being truly alive. Of actually being in your life instead of moving through it. Fully, completely you.
Something in you is ready to be felt. To finally slow down, to soften and to be held so completely that you can stop performing, stop pushing and start listening. Really listening. To the part of you that has been whispering all along.
Six nights at Björnbacka, a centuries-old farm thirty-five minutes south of Stockholm. Late summer. Wildflower fields. Two guides, present throughout. No phones. Long evenings around the fire. Real food made with love. A nervous system finally allowed to rest and reset.
Through somatic practice, breathwork, energy work, ceremony, and honest conversation, we move together through a journey designed to bring you back into contact with yourself. Your body, your voice, your boundaries, your desire, your power, your softness, your aliveness, your life force, your truth.
You will laugh. You will cry. You will say things you didn't know you were holding. You will move through emotional release, shadow work, conscious communication, embodiment, and ancient practices of initiation and healing. All of it lived, felt, real, in the room.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you will remember what it feels like to be fully, completely, deliciously you. This is a descent into you. Intimate, vulnerable, challenging, loving, beautiful.
Like a seed that must first root in the dark, fertile soil before it can grow toward the light. Your new life begins here. In the void, in the shadow, in the deepest, most honest part of you.
Everyone who feels the call. Across ages, backgrounds, orientations, and walks of life. No prior experience is needed. This passage is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
What we ask is simpler than experience: a willingness to feel. The capacity to take responsibility for what arises in you and to hold others with warmth, humour, acceptance and grace while they do the same. If you are unsure whether this is the right step, write to us. We would rather have that conversation than leave you wondering.
To build a room that feels so safe that the person behind the person is finally allowed to breathe. To soften what has been held too long. To awaken what has gone quiet. To return you to a life that feels genuinely, in your bones, in your laughter, in your skin, like yours. This is where it begins.
The people who are meant for this room tend to know it before they can explain why. You don't need to be ready. You only need to be honest. Come and feel yourself fully. Maybe for the very first time.
Into Me See is two retreats, one passage.
A descent into what you have been outrunning.
A return to what has been waiting underneath.
Two six-night passages. The first opens by application. The second is offered, in time, only to those who have walked the first.
Begin the JourneySix nights. The masks loosen. The body remembers. The truth surfaces.
You meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting in the next room your entire life.
Six nights. The breath deepens. The voice returns. The connection becomes real.
You come back not lighter — but more.
You have built a life that looks right and feels quiet.
You have done the books, the podcasts, the therapy — and still feel one layer above your own life.
You suspect that what's missing is not another technique, but a deeper meeting with yourself.
You are ready for something honest.
The first passage — Chapter One — opens by application.
Applications are read by a human, not a form.
Chapter Two is offered, in time, to all who have walked Chapter One.
