Somatic work, breathwork, sensuality, energy activation, and ceremony. No plant medicine. No performance. Just presence and the body's own intelligence.
Read MoreYou can feel it, can't you?The quiet pull beneath the noise
Beneath the achievements, the responsibilities, the life that, on paper, should feel complete. Yet something in you keeps whispering...
There has to be more.
More depth, rawness, aliveness, freedom, love, joy, delicious connection, softness, passion, adventure...
More you.
Something in you is ready to be felt. To finally exhale. To finally slow down, to soften and to be held so completely that you can stop performing, stop pushing and start listening. Really listening. To the part of you that has been whispering all along.
The word intimacy comes from the Latin intimus — meaning the innermost. But say it slowly in English, and it tells you something else.
That is what this retreat is built for. Not intimacy with another person. Not vulnerability as performance. Not sharing circles where you say the right things and leave unchanged.
Intimacy with yourself.
The kind where you stop looking away. Where the person you have been performing softens, and what remains — underneath the roles, underneath the story — is finally allowed to be seen.
Two Chapters, One Passage
Can you give yourself permission to stop for a moment, to soften into a space that was made for you, to let yourself be held?
Can you sit with what's uncomfortable, move through what you've been avoiding, and meet your resistance as the greatest act of honesty?
Can you trust a room of strangers enough to let them see you — not the version you've rehearsed, but the one who has been waiting underneath?
